All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
2. Delivery Time
– Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
– Other Locations: 5–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.
3. Shipping Charges
– Free shipping may be available on selected orders or above a certain amount
– Otherwise, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email to track your delivery status.
5. Delays in Delivery
While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

– Weather conditions
– High demand periods
Maniqueen is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.
6. Incorrect Address
If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address, we are not responsible for failed delivery.
7. Cash on Delivery (COD)
– COD may be available on selected orders
– Additional charges may apply
– Orders may be confirmed via call or SMS
8. Lost or Damaged Shipment
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).
